Jonathan Adams (PT, DPT)
Jonathan is a licensed physical therapist, Air Force veteran, and co-founder of TheraXPro, a nonprofit committed to advancing equitable rehabilitation care through free, clinician-built digital tools.
While completing his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Thomas Jefferson University, Jonathan recognized the barriers patients face when navigating home exercise programs—especially due to cost, language, and tech literacy. TheraXPro was born from a desire to level that playing field for clinicians and patients alike.With over 17 years of leadership experience in healthcare, military operations, and tech logistics, Jonathan brings a strategic, mission-first mindset to every project.
He currently practices outpatient physical therapy in Georgia and continues to lead TheraXPro’s growth across 30+ countries, helping thousands of rehab professionals deliver better care through open-access innovation.
Jeff Sass (PT, DPT)
Jeffery is the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of TheraXPro Inc. Before entering healthcare, Jeffery spent over a decade as a chef—founding and running a successful catering business, serving as an executive chef, and training at Michelin-starred restaurants across the U.S. His time in the kitchen cultivated a relentless work ethic and a knack for producing high-volume content with precision and speed.
After hanging up his apron, Jeffery pursued his passion for science and service, earning a bachelor’s degree in biology from La Salle University followed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University. He now practices as a neuro-focused physical therapist in an acute rehab setting, blending clinical expertise with operational strategy to advance TheraXPro’s mission.In addition to his roles in healthcare and leadership, Jeffery has served as an adjunct professor—designing and delivering original lectures rooted in his diverse professional experiences.
His multidisciplinary background continues to shape TheraXPro’s global expansion across 30+ countries, helping thousands of clinicians deliver equitable, quality care.
Derek Munday
Derek is a visionary technical executive director at the intersection of healthcare and technology. With over a decade of software engineering leadership, he is driven by a passion to modernize physical therapy by creating digital tools that transform communication between clinicians and patients and enhance learning for clinician students.
His background as an AI Researcher has been instrumental in the development of intuitive, smart HEP solutions, and his expertise in crafting robust HIPAA-compliant systems ensures data security. As an Adjunct Professor at Mercer University, brings pedagogical foundations that inform the organization's student learning initiatives. His experience as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Air Force showcases exceptional leadership and a profound commitment to service.
