What to know before choosing your plan.

How much does TheraXPro cost?

Individual subscriptions are $5 per month or $48 per year. Annual billing saves $12 compared with twelve monthly payments—a 20% savings.

Eligible first-time subscribers receive a 30-day free trial. Organization pricing is being finalized.

How does the free trial work?

Eligible first-time subscribers receive 30 days of access when they subscribe. A payment method is required.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected monthly or annual plan begins billing automatically. Review your trial and billing details at checkout.

Is there a free version?

An individual subscription is required to use TheraXPro after your eligible free trial ends.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Open your account’s Billing page and select “Manage subscription” to cancel through the secure Stripe billing portal.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues through the end of your current paid period or trial. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first charge.

What payment methods can I use?

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Available methods may include major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link.

Your available options depend on your location, device, and enabled payment methods, and are shown at checkout.

I already have an account. Do I need to subscribe?

Yes. Existing individual users need to choose a subscription, accept the applicable agreements, and provide payment information to continue using TheraXPro.

Having an account does not automatically enroll you in a paid subscription. Eligible first-time subscribers can receive the 30-day free trial.

Will my existing saved content and settings stay?

Yes. Starting a subscription does not replace your existing account. Your settings, saved content, and existing home exercise programs remain associated with it.

Why does TheraXPro charge for access?

Subscriptions help our nonprofit maintain and improve TheraXPro, expand rehabilitation education, and support our work with the rehabilitation community—including underserved communities and pro bono clinics.

What makes TheraXPro different?

TheraXPro brings home exercise programs, education, outcome measures, equipment recommendations, and practical clinical resources together at an affordable price.

Built by rehabilitation professionals, our nonprofit puts subscription revenue toward improving these tools and expanding our community impact.

Is TheraXPro still a nonprofit?

Yes. TheraXPro, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Subscription revenue supports our mission and continued development.

Can I get a refund?

Subscription payments are nonrefundable, except where required by law. Canceling stops future renewals, and access continues through the end of your paid period.

TheraXPro may approve refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as a substantial service failure. If you believe a billing error occurred, contact Support@TheraXPro.com.

Can my clinic purchase a plan for its team?

Self-service organization subscriptions and centralized team billing are being developed. Online organization signup is not available yet.

Will custom clinic branding be available?

Custom branding is a potential future enhancement. Specific features and a release date have not been finalized.
