Why is TheraXPro introducing a subscription?

Your subscription helps our nonprofit build better tools, expand access to rehabilitation education, and grow our support for the rehabilitation community, including underserved communities and pro bono clinics.
When do subscriptions begin?

How much does it cost?

$5/month or $48/year (a 20% savings with annual billing). Your first month is free.
Will there still be a free version?

No. Beginning November 1, 2026, a subscription will be required to use TheraXPro after your free first month.
Will existing users need to subscribe?

Yes. Existing users will accept the new agreement and enter payment information. Your free month begins when you subscribe, with billing starting one month later.
Will my saved content and settings stay?

Yes. Your existing settings, saved content, and home exercise programs will remain as they are.
Does the free month require a card?

Yes. A payment card is required when you subscribe. You won’t be charged until your free month ends.
What payment methods can I use?

Payments are securely processed through Stripe, which supports major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link for faster checkout. Available options may vary by location, device, and enabled payment methods and will appear at checkout.
Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Select “Manage subscription” in your account to cancel through our secure Stripe billing portal. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period, and your subscription won’t renew. Cancel before your free month ends to avoid being charged.
If I cancel and return later, will my saved content still be there?

Yes. TheraXPro retains your account, saved content, and settings for up to two years after cancellation, so you can pick up where you left off when you resubscribe. Exceptions apply if you request account deletion or your account is deleted for a violation of the user agreement.

As a nonprofit built by rehabilitation professionals, we put your subscription toward improving those resources and expanding our community impact, including support for underserved communities and pro bono clinics.
Is TheraXPro still a nonprofit?

Yes. TheraXPro, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Subscription revenue supports our mission and continued development.
Our EIN is 33-4507188. You can search this number using the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search to verify our nonprofit status.
